Mark Williams

Mark has nearly 30 years experience providing excellent services for flood damage and carpet cleaning. Mark was born and raised in Hawaii and graduated from Hawaii Baptist Academy. He started working in the carpet cleaning industry right out of high school and continued on a part-time basis while pursuing other career opportunities in varied industries that have given him a wide knowledge base.

Many people still recognize Mark from The Jazz Cellar, Moose McGillycuddy's, and Irish Rose where he worked in several bands over nearly 20 years.

Mark also worked as a transporter, housekeeping manager and safety officer at a local hospital prior to becoming the operations manager at a local restoration company.

Mark keeps abreast of the latest in structure drying and cleaning practices, via attendance at seminars and classes. He is certified as a Master by the The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water damage restoration and textile cleaning, as well as remediation of fire and smoke damages.
